Whether food or just a sundae, its always great. Highly recommended.
Went through the drive through and asked for a Misty Slush. They instead gave me a Misty Freeze and didn’t fix the order they messed up on. This is the second time now. Clearly doesn’t know their menu. Ended up having to pay more than I was supposed to because they have me the wrong item.
This was one of the most disgusting food service experiences I’ve ever seen at a Dairy Queen. An employee in the kitchen was touching his Nose and Pubes and then immediately handling burgers and fries with the same hands—no washing, no gloves, nothing. Completely unacceptable and a serious food safety issue. What’s worse is that this was happening under supervision, which tells you everything about how poorly this place is managed.
