I come here often for blizzards. The blizzards are good and but every time I go there I’m hoping it won’t take a long time but I’m always disappointed waiting at the drive thru window for 15-20 minutes… even if I am the only one in line it routinely takes upwards of 20 minutes to make a single small blizzard. I have been to a lot of dairy queens and this one stands out as the worst one I have come across.
We came here after our kids basketball tournament. It was busy and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. As we were waiting for our food employee asked us to sit down and that they would bring the food out to our table and they did and with a smile great food. The place was clean and washrooms were also clean. First time to this DQ and we will definitely be coming back. Thank you.
Extremely slow staff. Took 5 minutes to take my order of a kids meal with a regular poutine. Waited an additional 25 minutes before getting my food brought out to me. I could have made the food faster at home.
