Very disappointing- ordered a mixing bowl blizzard for myself and 4 other treats for my family. Mixing bowl blizzard had zero chunks of anything. When I asked and showed the picture on the app,I was told, "Oh, well, I guess the cookie dough was soft and got mixed with the ice cream. I said I was disappointed and got no response. Went back to my seat, decided that wasn't good enough, told another girl of my disappointment, and asked her to throw a couple chunks on top. Her answer was, "We don't normally put them on top." I used the drive through.
Pretty good! Never been to this one beforehand, they were nice, the only thing wrong is i asked for a couple ranches but got one. Which is fine, it happens at every one of the DQ's so i honestly cant be mad lol.
This small DQ location has a drive thru and limited seating. Ice Cream and service has always been good on my visits.
7:20 this evening tried to enter the store door is locked workers are inside So I figure the drive thru is open Look to the drive thru area no lights lit anywhere. The menu display is dark. You looked closed to me but you say open till 9 pm. Apparently you don’t need the business I will be sure to avoid you from now on
