Went to grab some food and ice cream. There drive thru microphone was down which is fine and understandable. I put up to the window to order. They then asked me to pull around back and would bring the food right out for me. I sat there over 20 mins until I parked and went inside and to see my food just sitting there. I told them I had been waiting for awhile in the back my ice cream had melted by then and the food wasn’t even warm. They didn’t say oh I’ll make you another or get you another ice cream.
