I used to like Dairy Queen burgers and shakes. The last few times however they have been very disappointing. Tasteless, like cheap McDonald's cheeseburgers, and too expensive for the quality.
Free cone day nation wide which was supposed to be every single dairy queen again nation wide and this location here in Santa Fe NM did not participate in free cone Day our friends and family through out Santa Fe NM waited all month long to get our free cones and this location refused to participate so disappointing

When we ordered in the app, we did not realize this was located inside a mall. We had a bit of a hard time actually finding the place. It's located near children's activities and was obviously a bit noisy. However, service was great and employees were extremely helpful. Food was tasty, hot, and fresh tasting.
