The floor was sticky and the counters were filthy. The employees were overwhelmed and undertrained (two of them desperately needed hairnets 🤢). We waited 24 minutes start to finish for a vanilla soft-serve cone. The health department gave them a 87.5 B but if a health inspector had come the day of my visit it would have been a D. It was grubby in there. Not worth the wait. Poor quality food and service.
This is the worse experience I've had to at a DQ. I ordered a blizzard, burger and fries. After waiting around 15 minutes I finally got my blizzard and it was straight liquid, not frozen at all and dripping down the sides. The kid handing it to me said "If you have napkins in the car you can wipe it." he didn't even wipe it before handing it to me. The fries were also STILL FROZEN that came with my burger. Even though this is a very small restaurant, they apparently have trouble keeping it clean. Very disgusting, which explains the B Sanitation grade. The health department may want to do an inspection!
