This place is pathetic. Out of ice cream in the summer, out of fish during lent. So, we cancelled my order, but on the other order, why put in buffalo sauce and ranch when its ordered, so they don't even get orders right. They are close and I try but this is it, they are either out of things, or they screw up your order, I can't believe corporate doesn't get involved with this place because this DQ sucks. Don't go here they will eventually screw up your order, or you will have to wait forever.
The staff here is so friendly and helpful. Service is always fast and food is always fresh
The restaurant was disgusting on the inside. Employees vaping and sitting with their shoes up on the counter. Girl who took my order was very unfriendly and said, " Just so you know ....the ice cream machine is broken".
You guys treat your employees with immense disrespect. I watched as an employee was verbally abused by their manager as I was ordering food. The employee was called several profanities and I was left with no choice but to leave because I was so incredibly baffled and uncomfortable. Please do better with your staff.

I stopped going here years ago because an ice cream shop Should Have Ice Cream. For weeks they never had chocolate ice cream. I tried again about a year ago. Unfortunately, this past weekend, same problem...but worse! Mobile ordered. Noone answered at drive thru (multiple vehicles) NOR at window. After minutes if no service, I literally had to rap on drive thru window just to get service. I also had a clear view of front counter, which was empty (no customers).
