Im a doordash driver and the drinks were brought to me in a flimsy drink carrier. No sealed bag or protection stickers. I contacted the customer about this. Thank God I have my own bags
I always have a great experience when Nate is working drive-thru he’s awesome the wait isn’t so bad by the time you get to the pick up window because he always has such a positive attitude and overall good energy and the order is always right thanks a lot Nate
I can honestly understand why they have a low rating they need to hire better listeners and people who double check their work they always mess up my order this location needs better management immediately
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Place is the slowest DQ I’ve ever been to. Drive thru is always around the building cause it never moves. Same experience inside. Even when Dashing (DoorDash) i have not experienced a single time I haven’t had to wait 10 mins or more, and I’m here daily. Sometimes even multiple times. Save yourself time and drive to any other DQ. It will take less time overall. Not to mention the coke machine either has half the drinks out of order or no ice. Absolutely awful.
