This DQ is definitely hit or miss. Not so much with the food being so..so, or the high cost of a DQ treat, but the discourteous, impolite, disrespectful, and downright rude supervision and a few workers there. DQ "promise sign" on front counter states ".. have a smile .. something wrong we'll make it right.. and on and on". Well.. not this DQ. My family and I came into the restaurant at 8pm on Aug 25 and was told that anything that was not fried food was not available. During this time they were seen cleaning the flattop grill. The restaurant hours say that location is open until 10:30PM. I’m curious what the specific grill hours are for burgers and other food that they did not want to make at 8PM. We ordered chicken strip basket.. no Texas toast available, would not substitute for anything but a couple extra French fries. Took at least 20 minutes for food. Went to drinks, no ice available. Employees gave the impression that we were inconvenience requesting they fill the ice machine. Very unprofessional. Sat at our table, very unsanitary.. bugs, dirt in windowsill and sticky floor.
