I placed an online order at the Georgetown location. There were 2 staff working, apparently there is no communication, the location was not busy at this time and I was asked what I am waiting for… I let them know I placed an online order for Jessica. She proceeds to walk away to go put away cups, with no update on my order. Than she comes back and asks me if it was for food or for ice cream… Shouldn’t she know if she found my receipt?! The service at this location is so bad, it has gotten progressively worse in the last 3 months, I’ve seen happier workers picking up trash on the side of the highway!
