The shift manager rudely refused to allow an employee to write happy birthday on the ice cream cake I bought for my wife. She said it already had an edible sticker printed on it so they won't also add a written message to it. The edible sticker was just a ring of flowers with a blank spot specifically to have a message written inside. I didn't even want the edible sticker, but every ice cream cake had one on it, it so I had no choice. The gal at the window was the most amazing drive through encounter I’ve ever expierianced. She was so polite and asked how my day was and better yet told me to have a great weekend. That is the person you want working for you. I don’t go to Dairy Queen often- but I’ll be back because of her! Food was actually great too! I love that lady!
