Never coming back! We stood in line for 15 minutes, nobody else in line and nobody took our order. Extremely slow, we left early because that was a ridiculous ammount of time to wait for ice cream.

Staff is in CONSTANT turnover. Usually pretty poor service, but it seems like a lack of training. Some of the people are very genuine in how hard they try, but they have outdated systems and old methods of organization. Overall expect long waits and poor customer service for mildly ok food
We arrived at the drive thru at 6:20 PM; we waited at the speaker for 15 minutes after they asked us to “take a minute to look at the menu”. By the time we left with our stuff it was 7PM. The order was wrong and we were told last minute (after being charged) that they were out of ingredients for part of our order. I blame management.
