Never come here unless you want a terrible experience. We went through the drive-through and it literally took 50 minutes which is only like five cars long. They lost one of our mobile orders. We only ordered two small fries and two small blizzards and we watched the guy touch our fries with his hand that wasn’t wearing a glove. Our blizzards were literally like melted milkshakes and the stuff was just completely incompetent.
We went in to get a meal. When we got there there was a line of people and all of them were waiting for the food that they ordered. The receptionist was sweet as she took our order but she seemed like she was never trained. Because of the lack of training she looked very stressed and almost to breaking into tears. I hope that she can get trained to gain the confidence she deserves. We were waiting for our meal for about 30 minutes. After waiting for over 30 minutes for 4 blizzards, and having to ask them to remake 2 of them because they did them in the wrong size, I honestly don’t understand how the ice cream was the consistency of soup. It was sloshing around in the cups and we had to slurp the sides to keep it from spilling over. Definitely couldn’t have done the flip test. I love ordering one thing and then getting a total different thing. My chocolate ice cream was actually vanilla. Somehow mess up enough to add cookie dough to my ice cream and it was never mentioned! Only place it deserved to go was the trash.
Getting tired of the ice cream machine being broken close to closing. Lazy.
