Female manager on site was INCREDIBLY RUDE! I was given wrong dessert which is ok, mistakes happen, I took a few bites and realize it isn't what I ordered, I tell man at counter, offered to give back but he declined, he tells the manager who doesn't know what it is, he doesn't know and I point out how it has nuts. She ignores me and talks about me infront of me about "And he ate it?" "Why would he eat it all?" I tried to offer again and show i only had few bites and was ignored. I Love Eating At DQ I don't remember what I had that Day, but it was good. They took our order & got it to us in a timely manner.
They have stopped flipping the blizzards over in front of you some of their fried food is over cooked. Employees act like they don't want to be there
I enjoy stopping at Dairy Queen Grill & Chill locations. You know what you’re going to get and it’s very reasonably priced. The service at this location was fantastic. Friendly staff, got my order out quickly. Food quality was as I expected. It was a nice lunch. I highly recommend stopping here.
