Okay my husband went in to get the rest of my online order because they didn’t give me my whole order, only half of it, and the guy insisted that my name spelt Cera was pronounced Cara which is not the correct way, my husband then correctly said the online order was for Cera pronounced Sarah and they guy tried to refuse to give me the rest of my food because he didn’t believe my name was pronounced that way at all! My husband had to literally explain that I am his WIFE and that he knows how to correctly say it to get my food... read more
I’m a pretty simple guy and don’t complain about much but when I order a blizzard at $4 and it comes out not blended and the rest of my order was wrong too but the manager was more concerned about going out front to smoke than to get my stuff right.
