I ordered the new spicy chicken 4 pc basket. The chicken was inedible. It was tough and hard, like a rock in my hand. Honestly gross and so disappointing. This location was awesome in the early 2000s but quality has dropped off tremendously. I would consider better management and procedures. Look at Culver's. Clean and friendly and consistent. Take some notes, this was hot garbage and the food wasn't fit for a rabid racoon.
Bun was extremely soggy..Had to buy bread so my husband could have dinner before work...They are a little slow as well ..not a happy camper.
Thank you for being open tonight! Your employees were super friendly even though yall were packed! Our food was hot and correct when we got home! Huge props to yall in this nasty weather!
The page states they close later than they actually do. It states on Saturdays they close the drive thru at midnight but when asked they close the drive thru at 10. The blizzards are actually good just wish I didn't drive all the way to be told they're closed :/ hopefully corporate fixes this. Edit: Shout out to the copy/pasted corporate approved reply without ever fixing the actual issue. Still stated to close later than they do :/
