Absolutely awful!! Do not go here, you will be very disappointed!!! Went thru the drive thru, had to give order three times, because they were messing with the printer, only to get home to old, cold, fries, burgers that had ketchup and pickle, we had ordered mustard and onion, and paid more for"specialty toppings".they did not give a receipt, but i had the receipt on my phone. Do not support this location go to North Grand in Springfield Illinois. More than once have had bad service. Went through the Drive thru tonight and placed a simple order and could tell chaos. When I was able to finally place my order at the speaker menu I had to tell the girl my order 2 to 3 times pretty simple one of the hamburgers and the seven dollars had mustard pickle onion the other had lettuce mustard onion. Poor customer service , rude employees , sat for 20 min for ice cream went up to figure out why we still haven’t gotten and they mad ice cream wrong 3 times ! Horrible customer service!!!!
