I get Bacon Cheese deluxe today and I loved Thank for the guy who attended me, he was super polite.

Please fix your drive thru speaker, it’s a bad look. It’s been over a year and it’s still barely audible, i have to physically lean out of my truck window to hear if someone is even there to take my order (I’m 25 and hear just fine) and I always have to ask the attendant to repeat what they’re asking me and they have to ask me as well a few times every visit to repeat what I’m trying to order. It makes the drive thru wait time for everyone way longer.
I asked for 2 chicken wraps and an onion ring and only received 1 wrap and onion rings. I went to call to place the complaint because I live 30 minutes out of town. I called 3 times and received no answer. I then drove another 30 minutes to place the complaint and nothing happened. Didn't even acknowledge the phone issue. Just said it never rang. An hou and 30 minutes on the road for almost nothing. Don't eat here.
