Rude staff
Everything about this DQ is almost perfect. Clean space, good ice cream, fast service. But there's one major problem... the big guy at the counter. You’ll know exactly who I’m talking about the moment you meet him. Rude, dismissive, and clearly allergic to basic customer service. It’s honestly impressive how the owner hasn’t fired him yet. But if you're going to keep him around, at least do the public a favor and post the staff schedule. That way, the rest of us can plan our visits when he’s not working.
