This is not just your average dairy Queen the staff are very accommodating and friendly and all of the food is fresh and punctual
This place has gone down hill the last couple of times I have ordered from here. I don't know if it's new owners or management, but everything about it is horrible. (I order very simple things. Cheeseburgers and mini blizzards) The service: 0/10 Food: 0/10 I used to come to only this DQ for years!!! Not any more. Won't be back until things change drastically. Such a disappointment.
Have gotten takeout twice this month. Both orders were the same, 6 pc. Chicken strip basket. My complaint is that they take the word “Basket” LITERALLY!!! My order was, both times, in a dine in paper tray. Spilled everywhere in the bag!!!! Since when do they not use boxes for takeout orders. If you order from Skip the Dishes, it ALWAYS comes in a box. This lack of proper packaging is a recent issue that needs to be resolved. Come on guys, boxes can’t be that expensive.
