I visited the drive-thru on Friday night, July 3, around 9:40 PM, and experienced unacceptable customer service. The young lady taking orders was incredibly rude, full of attitude, and practically threw both the debit machine and my food at me. She made it completely obvious that serving customers felt like a chore to her. Management needs to seriously reconsider who they put on the front lines representing this business.
