Very disappointing customer service. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes, and not a single staff member acknowledged me or even asked if I needed help. There were at least 4 staff members working, so I was surprised that nobody could take a moment to assist me. I eventually left without ordering. Customers should not have to stand around waiting just to be acknowledged. Very poor service and a frustrating experience. I won’t be returning anytime soon.
Grabbed the Mexican hot coca blizzard. All other locations put minimal amounts of fixings, but this drive thru stuffed my blizzard with the most and even topped it with whipped cream! Delicious.
Someone needs to tell these people a poutine should come with more than a single tbsp of gravy. Seriously have the nerve to charge $7 for a poutine and its completely dry and just barely has cheese. Between the prices and the trash food I just don't get what they think they're doing...
