I had a coupon for a $2 dipped cone I asked for it in a bowl (i've been doing this since I was a kid with no problems) Because I cannot have their cones due to dietary restrictions so when I placed my order at the counter she charged me an extra dollar..? I complained (sorry) but I dont think that i should be charged a dollar extra because I cannot eat the cone and she claimed that it uses more chocolate. Food was almost inedible. Ordered a 6 piece chicken basket with onion rings. Not only did they give us 5 strips, they gave us maybe 6-7 hard as a rock, mostly batter rings. They left us sitting at the pickup window for over 5 mins with no one else in line which is simply amazing since the food we got was so old it was hard, so not sure what the hold up was since it definitely wasn’t due to them making fresh food.
