Staff couldn’t care less about being there. Always takes forever to get food, we were served the blizzard first despite being a to go order, and had to ask them to put it in the fridge until the rest of our order was ready. Then we watched our bag be brought out, left on the counter while the staff walked away to take a drive through order. Just watched our food sit there for a few minutes until she finally shuffled over with it. Absolute crap service, it’s like they don’t want anyone there.
When DQ started promoting their new summer blizzard flavour, strawberry mango mochi, I was excited as I love mochi! When I finally ordered, it was just mango flavored chopped up dough in the blizzard. Not seeing much strawberry in it either. My friend tolerated his by picking up the mango dough pieces but I wasn't having it. I took mine back to the counter and the young man tried to convince me that the little yellow mango dough bits were mochis.
