The teenagers who work there are lazy, don’t give a rip about the job, can’t listen and are oblivious when you want an order corrected. I ordered 3 blizzards through the drive thru. They got the sizes and types wrong. When I went inside to tell them what was wrong with my order, I got a blank stare and then proceeded to help the person behind me. Old and rundown place! The roof is turning brown freezers, old, and crusty food was somewhat OK. But the interior is a mess!! I would definitely get a big cleaning Job in here. This place seriously needs a renovation. Back in the kitchen is also sketchy. Drive-through speaker systems are old and don’t work well. One table had this weird sticky gunk on it and the bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. Dirt and we are the water on the floor. And the sunroom is somewhat dirty, and the seats are run down. I was in the area shopping and thought to treat myself to a small Chocolate dip cone. Was I ever disappointed! First let's talk about "Curb Appeal", your location needs to be groomed. The drive thru is like a Jungle with the hedges touching the Vehicles driving through. Then the Service Window that you can neither see in or out. This sure set the tone for your Location. Now onto something as simple as a Small Chocolate Dip cone which I have enjoyed at many locations for "Cheaper" first of all, but $5.87 for what was offered!... read more
