I ordered a Blizzard cake at 2:30pm for 5:00pm pickup through the mobile app and also called to request a message on the cake. When I arrived on time, I understand the store was busy, so I waited in line. However, the cake was taken straight from the fridge with no message written yet. I had to wait while they added it, and the icing writing was not well done. In total, I waited about 30 minutes despite placing the order in advance. Very disappointing experience.
Absolutely love this bakery! The bread is always fresh, soft, and flavorful. You can really taste the quality in every bite:)
