I want to stress this is not the staffs fault- but it took 35 minutes to get a single cheese burger. Staff your establishments correctly, will never be coming back here simply due to the wait time. Absolutely ridiculous.
Whoever owns this place needs to staff up. There’s not enough staff working. They’re struggling to keep up with a moderate amount of traffic and we’re all waiting like 30 minutes. This is a management problem not a front line worker problem.
My sauce and tossed chicken tenders didn't even have sauce evenly distributed. There was one of the tenders that had barely any sauce on it. For such an expensive meal it's quite disappointing to receive something like that. Especially when the name is based on the amount of sauce that fully coats the chicken tenders
brotha, i ordered a large fry with my meal, and they gave me less than 10 fries. they also forgot my ketchup, and when my lovely girlfriend went to go ask for some, they gave her one initially, and she asked for more and they gave her two. service was great though, love you buddy.
