Pretty disappointed with the customer service here on my last couple visits, specifically from the adult staff (the young people have done well in my experience). I will likely drive further to find a different DQ next time.
I would rather kill myself than eat here. Staff seems unhappy, they’re probably underpaid like every other multi millionaire company employees otherwise they are just fine. This place was more than happy to sell gift cards in December now they don’t accept them what a scam.To top it all off this dude with a gold chain hanging around his neck got into an argument with me over nothing. My order was $10 more than the other stores. Their prices are higher than other Dairy Queen’s. Two combo orders came to more than $50 $25 for each order $21 at the other stores
