called regarding a doordash order and was met with first a woman who lied to me 3 times regarding my order, after i realized she lied i called back to ask again. was met with a man who said he would add what i had asked for in the original call, then he procedded to blame me for his restaurant having limits on doordash, and then lie and stated he never said he would fix the order. the woman ran up and hung up on me. wouldnt answer any of my further calls for a manager. i was nice the entire time to these two.

Hi, I just wanted to share some feedback about my last two visits. I ordered the Chocolate Brownie Extreme both times, and the quality was noticeably off. The mix-ins weren’t blended properly, the fudge wasn’t mixed in, and there were barely any brownie pieces. The bottom was just plain white ice cream. I’ve never had this issue at other DQ locations, so the quality at this one has been disappointing. Just wanted to let you know so it can hopefully be improved.

This was by far the worst Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to. The staff barely speak English, and it feels like they either don’t understand or don’t even try to listen when you’re ordering. I had to repeat myself multiple times, and even then, my order came out completely wrong. When I finally got my Blizzard, it was half empty with barely any toppings mixed in definitely not worth the price. The quality and service at this location are terrible. I won’t be coming back, and I don’t recommend this location to anyone.

Not exactly sure how this place has gone so downhill. This was the place to grab DQ ice cream cakes as a kid growing up, so it used to be better back in the day. But I bought a special edition Superman blizzard that was not made properly and it melted immediately into a puddle and made a mess everywhere in my car.
