Ridiculous establishment. Employees dont know how to work computers. Waited 20 mins for some chicken strips because worker deleted my order. Gong show in there.
I didn’t think all the bad reviews were true but this is probably the worst dairy queen in the city. I came in to get ice cream and food for my family and the older indian lady named baljit had some of the worst customer service i’ve received in my life. The food was somehow cold even though I ordered on the spot and specifically asked for fresh fries but received reheated fries that weren’t even salted. Every year for the last 5 years I try to order a birthday cake for my son and select the custom image option amd every single year the printer seems to be broken. I get a call every year saying its broken. Its ridiculous, dont offer the option if the machine never works.
