Special ordered a birthday ice cream cake, went in and gave details IN PERSON on that Tuesday, with an agreed pick up time on that Friday. Went in on Friday, NO CAKE. Told them the order, couldn't find the cake. PREPAID for this cake-they found a cake with decorations like I wanted, but nothing else to my order. And said that would have to do, because I was headed to the birthday party. HORRIBLE SERVICE... NOT EVEN ANY SERVICE. Don't bother with this location.
Every damn time I come here they say pull up to the lamp post and wait for your food twice they have not brought it out to me! Never coming here again I’m so done

Not ONE piece of cookie dough in my mixing bowl mashup. Is it really that hard to make a simple blizzard and do your job? I paid the money for it and it should be correct. Do better!
