Ordered a chocolate brownie blizzard and an oreo one. All the mix ins and topping were at the top, the rest was only vanilla soft serve. Waste
Pay $9 for a blizzard and this is what I get. Sad. So was customer service. Clearly she was irritated today and everyone knew it. Miss the days where you actually got what you paid for and as advertised they hand it to you upside down to show the thickness of it. Didn't happen here on account I'm sure it would have fallen out. I tried. Going back to Cold Stone
past 2 times i’ve been here i’ve asked for a snickers blizzard you’d assume they would have a brain and do vanilla ice cream no they did chocolate both times. very disappointed. just went there tonight and got a cone i am very disappointed my cone is stale…..please do better.
Out of all the Dairy Queen’s I’ve gone to, this one skimps on toppings/add-ins the most. I always order the chocolate brownie extreme blizzard, and every time I get it at this location I’m disappointed by the lack of chocolate (it’s practically vanilla) and the few brownie pieces in it. It’s gotten to the point where I pay extra for chocolate fudge and brownies. Even that isn’t working anymore—I paid extra and got the same bland result. Won’t be ordering it here again.
