I am absolutely furious with this place. We ordered a custom cake two days in advance, exactly how they told us to, and even confirmed the pickup time. When we showed up today at the agreed time, ready for the party, they casually told us they FORGOT to make the cake. Their only solution was to ask us to wait another 2–3 hours but the birthday party was already over by then. I find it kinda odd that every time I go there after 5 o’clock the slushy machine is down 4 straight days now and on top of that 2 out of the 4 visits waited 15 mins at drive thru just until someone came on intercom to take order idk what’s going on at this location but the service is terrible food is good thou wish they would work on there service side

Waited 10 minutes with no one ahead of me for them to finally come on the speaker to take my order(only because there was now a line forming). Then waited another 5 minutes at the window where i was greeted by the cashier who did not have a pleasant or happy attitude almost like he did not want to be there. The place seems messy just by looking through the window and staff seem to be more off in their own world.
