Second time I've came here to get chicken strip basket and the cooks are not wearing any gloves on their hands.. I have reported both times, and now about to report it to FDA site and turn them in..
I would just contact who ever is in charge of this location, but I can find nothing but a phone number to the store and by my experience today, that’s not going to get me far. Staff was not professional. Rung in more expensive items than we ordered ( ex: handed me a cup when I didn’t ask for a drink, charged me for one…asked for four chicken strips, rung up for a basket….please just ask the customer if it isn’t clear! We haven't been here in years, and my son decided he wanted birthday lunch there. There was somewhat of a communication barrier because the only staff we had contact with were mostly Spanish-speaking. It took a bit for them to get the correct order. However, one of us never got the sundae even though we asked for it with the meal; my son was being too nice to want to ask for it at the end.
