Food was good. They didn't get my order quite right because the girl talked over me before I was finished ordering. But this is me first bad experience and I won't let it affect my opinion just yet. Otherwise works be 5 stars. Instruct your staff to let people finish ordering before they ask "would you like anything else" and then listen when they say the else.

This was the worst experience ive ever had eating at any fast food establishment with my family.EVER. We waited a long time for the food we got, the fries were cold and sitting on a tray waiting for the other food to be done. I went up and got our food and just waited another 8 minutes for the rest of our fries and pretzel sticks. At this point I was already upset that we couldnt eat our complete meals while all the food was warm. The 2 blizzards i purchased were runny (probably why they didnt turn them upside down). Drive thru is advertised open to 11. Its not we arrived at 10:19 waited until 10:24 and no one took our order or attempted to even tell us theybwere not recieveing orders.
