I went through drive through and multiple things were messed up with my order I asked them multiple times to fix them and they kept messing up so I gave up. I also tried to call in to ask for a manager and they hung up on me. I am very displeased with the service I have received tonight. They also unplugged there phone because no calls with go through.
Last 3x I've been thr u guys have screwed my order. Doesn't anyone have a small amount of brain cells???? Im mean seriously? I order a deluxe sandwich u give me onion ring sandwich. Order a small blizzard lids not and went all ovr truck... top bun on sandwich looks like a freight train smash it as flat as it could get. Hope your business goes to hell one day....
Great store somehow the app sent my order to another store the whole time I was thinking if it’s gonna be a problem with a nice little guy, some guy probably in his 20s Took care of the whole situation for me and it wasn’t a problem at all
Disappointed this trip which I believe is due to short staff issues. Chicken tenders overly hard.Tasteless. Last time I went about the same..I hope they will get a enough help so employees may do better service for customers spending their dollars there
