Very very stingy with their food now I got 4 chicken strip baskets didn’t have the bread in it, it had about 12 fries, and the chicken strips were very small my gravy container wasn’t even a quarter full and same with my ranch. My drink was also a quarter of the way not filled to the top. Mind you I got 4 chicken strip meals. They were all this way.
Wouldn't make my food cuz they said they don't have the specific container. I used to work at a DQ years ago, so I know it could've fit in another container, so I told them they can just put it in any container. But they still refused My little brother used to work at this location, but he quit cuz in his words, it sucked, people didn't wanna do their job, and they always made excuses like what I just described to not to the bare minimum and do their job. I waited 25 minutes on a peanut buster parfait without peanuts and extra hot fudge and a chocolate caramel sundae. I had ordered through the app. When I walked in there was an older couple and they just finished ordering. The young man at the counter didn't greet or ask if I needed anything. I was left standing for 25 minutes before anyone asked me anything.
