Ordered my son a drink for his birthday and there was not enough syrup in the container and I suppose she was too lazy to refill it so my blue raspberry misty freeze was not blue at all and probably had no taste to it. Same price. Did not charge me less to have a crappy drink. Service people care so little about product lately. It is pretty sad
Was excited for a mini date night snack! I ordered a cookie dough blizzard and Oreo confection. What I got was cookie dough water as the cream was 90% melted at window. Guy (super nice) couldn’t even tilt the cup or it would run out. And the Oreo cupfection when we got home realized was a skor one. Nice workers just tough spending DQ “money” on not DQ quality food. Seems these chains are getting worse
