They blocked shake orders from the app so that customers cannot get the $1 shake deal which is only available through mobile order on the app. The other Abbotsford location works perfectly fine.

I understand fast food isn't the best, and I generally do enjoy Dq. But this location almost made me swear off of going to this chain ever again and I would give it a zero star if I could. It took almost 20mins for us to get our food when only two to three people ordered ahead of us. I told the lady that put our order through that it was to go twice. I visited this Dairy Queen around 9:20 pm. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. Two staff members started laughing at me for no reason, which felt unprofessional and disrespectful. Later, another staff member did take my order, but the behavior of the first two left a very negative impression. Staff should be trained in basic manners and customer service, including greeting customers properly. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location to others.
