Just witnessed a customer come back after being given a blizzard that was made incorrectly resulting in an allergic reaction. I do not know how this mistake happened but they took no accountability and refused to call a manager for him. He was so frustrated that he threw the blizzard at the wall (I don't blame him) and it dripped into the area where they keep the toppings. Staff did not clean this up and continued to make blizzards. Went to get a blizzard, large blizzard is now $9.95 after tax. I asked if they went through a price increase recently and she’d said yes). I drove home, and tasted a very poor product with next to nothing in it for toppings (especially disappointing given their recent ~20% price increase). Called to ask about it and find out the process for a credit or refund request. Lady on the phone was very unhelpful. Unfortunately it takes 10 mins to order, then another 10 mins at the window to pay and receive your food with no one in the line up behind or in front. The blizzards are also served slightly soft. I'm really surprised at how downhill this location has gone.
