They refuse to honor the commercials and make the blizzards properly. Ordered a Mint Crunchin' Cookie Blizzard Treat & Sidecar and they refused to give out the sidecar. Even the manager didn't care and said he could do whatever he wanted.
I ordered a custom cake through the website and received a confirmation code confirming my order. When I arrived on the scheduled pickup day, I was initially told that there was no record of my order and that they hadn’t received any email on their end. After further discussion, they later acknowledged that they did in fact have the confirmation code for my order but had simply forgotten to make the cake.
