I ordered an ice cream cake online, not a custom cake but a celebration cake which is standard. I made the pick up for 630 and went in to pickup my cake. The young male at the counter greeted me and I showed him my online order and said I have an ice cream cake to pick up from an online order. He went away coming back again needing to look at the order on my phone, he went away again and brought back a young lady. I just called at 2:14 pm Saturday Feb 14th, and the lady who answered the phone was like ya? I was like oh hi I was just wondering and she cut me off and said “yup cup cakes are starting tomorrow “ I’m oh ok thank you and she hangs up on me .. not sure why she was so rude but definitely won’t be going there now lol
