It's hit and miss
I paid for a blizzard to have skor and smarties in it. Got home and can't taste any smarties. I called it in, Manager said that they are only allowed to put in one scoop of candy in each blizzard. So even though I paid for extra, I only got one scoop and not two as requested. So why did I pay more for less??? Again, only could taste the Skor and not the Smarties.
