Every time I order from your place I never get a straw and it’s starting to get really aggravating I don’t own straws how do you expect me to drink it?

Who ever the girl is that’s working the drive threw sucks and does deserve to have a job. Learn how to do it or just leave!! Sat there for 20 mins to not even get for cause she couldn’t understand how to work!! Just pathetic and sad she is. Will never go to this dq again and I’ll make sure to tell everyone I know about it as well.
I won't be back. The ethnic server had zero enthusiasm in taking our order . My vanilla shake was like sludge whole milk. Totally a disappointment. Boo. Won't be back at that one.
The service and quality has dropped so drastically here in the last year it's pathetic!
