I got to the drive thru at 10:45am nobody answered when i tried to order. I then drove to the window and 2 employees walked past the wondow seen me there snd didnt bother to acknowledge me. Window says open at 10:30 as well as online. Worst customer service ever, if they were still not ready they could have at least said that.
Driest food i ever ate. Most times I go to other ones and it's a better experience I might give it couple months and I might go back
If I add extra cheesecake pieces to my blizzard, dont just charge me for them and not add them. There was 2345 strawberries and 2 pieces of cheesecake. These blizzards are not cheap.
The drive through ordering has been replaced with an AI, which is frustrating to say the least. It is slow and inaccurate and honestly rude.
The service was far from even okay. It appears that employees should have more training on how to wait on customers. The food is usually pretty good. Especially the blizzards. However, the lack of confident employees causes me not to go very often.
