I would love to give 5 stars to the HUMAN STAFF but i doubt my complaint would be seen. the AI is annoying and its messed up multiple things on a simple order. The staff was great and friendly to me! They had to make more food which I 100% understand, I was a former employee with Dairy Queen so I get it! The food came out pretty quick, everything is great but the AI is absolute garbage. 10/10 great staff 0/10 AI order taker. Better than 45th DQ
Portion sizes smaller than other DQ. AI drive threw is annoying
I got to the drive thru at 10:45am nobody answered when i tried to order. I then drove to the window and 2 employees walked past the wondow seen me there snd didnt bother to acknowledge me. Window says open at 10:30 as well as online. Worst customer service ever, if they were still not ready they could have at least said that.
