The food itself is great - it’s a chain. The service here is horrible- if you go inside. They have about 6 people when myself and my daughter go in yet I don’t get help until I’ve been standing for a while. Directly in front of the registers wallet in hand ready to order-mind you there are two workers standing there bagging doordash orders right next to me and have to walk by me to grab other tickets / items. The cashier was super positive we loved him. Food was very good and tenders very juicy Edit: We went back and it took them forever to get us our mobile orders they didn't even check the bags on the stand for like 10-15 mins so food was getting cold and soggy that whole time. Probably won't be coming back to this dq anymore. Or at least wont be using mobile order here.
Order was wrong
Decent DQ. They need to work on mixing their blizzards. Also, the cashier Solomon needs some customer service training he shouldn't be helping customers with that poor attitude. Disappointed. Facebook post doesn't say you need the app for the bogo. I'll think twice about visiting next time. I would suggest putting that in bold letters... or even just say it in the post
