I pre ordered a small blizzard and two shakes. I was informed that my stuff was ready, yet I had to wait 25 minutes to get my stuff. Very poorly managed. It makes me want to never come back. There are pull up lanes. Use them!
We have been to this place quite a few times, mostly through the driveup, but this time there were a couple of cars in line and we decided to go inside to get a Blizzard and Dilly Bar. There seemed to be 4 or 5 people working and three of them in the driveup window area. The other two were wiping their hands or walking back and forth. There were no other customers in the store. Employees are a bunch of teenagers that dont care about efficiency and use profanity at front counter. Sat looking at my order for about 10 minutes before Employees even started severing it.
