I ordered a custom cake online a few days prior to picking it up. Came in to the store at the selected time & date. However, they never made the cake I ordered & I was told to pick one from the freezer. Very disappointing as it was for someone’s birthday.
STOP STAPLING TO GO BAGS BECAUSE WHEN YOU OPEN THEM THE STAPLES FALL INTO THE FOOD!!! You guys are looking to get sued!
Sitting at our table it was a long wait. The staff noticed and came out and apologized for the wait and gave us coupons for our next visit. Can not complain about that. Great Staff!
