Got dinner here with my sister and was trying to use a coupon. The cashier was struggling a little bit with the coupon (I dont blame her one bit, she was trying her best) so she attempted to reach out for help from her fellow employees at which point an employee named Grace proceeded to step in and tell her she wasnt doing anything right. Ice cream great cone was not fresh.
We pulled up to the window at 8:40pm & the outdoor sign was completely pitch black. It appeared as if it wasn’t open. I had just checked the hours o line & it said it was open. A guy was taking out to trash so we asked if they were open & he said “We are open, we keep the sign off at night for bugs.” We were not able to see any of the menu to order. We are a family of 5 & had wanted to order food & ice cream. Without any display of menu we ended up getting 2 things and leaving. Is this known by the owners that this location ... read more
