Ordered $27 worth of food. Got to the drive-up window they gave us our two ice creams and told us to pull forward to spot one. We sat there for over 15 minutes and no one brought our food. When I went inside and asked if you forgot about me, there were multiple people standing around looking at each other… they discovered my food sitting under the heat lamps, jammed it in a bag and handed it to me. Friendly staff, always good ice cream
I've ordered a smores blizzard 4 to 6 times now and I've asked for extra marshmallow. Two of the times they didn't even put any marshmallow in it at all. One of the times they weren't intelligent enough to figure out how to add extra marshmallow on the cash register, they even asked the manager and they said don't worry about it as if I wasn't in the same room. I than was told they will make sure to just remember to do so and I had to watch them to make sure they even did their simple minded job, and still no extra marshmall... read more
