The worst. Went there cause I had coupons to use . And they said I could use them . Really want to report them the higher up . They were very rude.
Ordered a medium dipped cone. Was handed a cone with ice cream leaning so hard to one side it had already cracked the chocolate and ice cream was running down the side over her hand. I explained I couldn't eat it...... not only because it was about to fall off the cone but she had ice cream running down her hand. She said it was fine and I said I didnt want it like that. I expected her to offer to make another one, a refund or another menu item. She didn't offer anything. I will not be going back.
This dairy queen is different than any other dairy queen I've ever got food from. It's horrible. The food is cold & rubbery. I got a bacon cheeseburger. It was cold, wet, & dripping with a rust colored liquid that turned out to be hotsause. It was soaked in it. So hot i couldn't eat it. One bite set my mouth & stomach on fire. It was so wet with it that it wasn't fit to eat anyway. This is the second time I've got bad food from there. I was hoping the first time was a fluke but it evidently wasn't. It's just bad food.
