It takes a lot for me to leave a review. On 8-28 9:50pm. Yes I understand it’s almost closing time, but to be upset that people are ordering and you’re still open is crazy to me. Not only was the welcoming service crappy, but the order was entirely screwed up, not even remotely fresh and it’s and not what I ordered. One of these is supposed to be a 6 piece with cheese curds with extra gravy and the other is supposed to be a 4 piece. Neither are supposed to have bbq. Which only one strip has bbq. Came to get ice cream and was told the machines were shut down early due to closing soon. If you close at 10, especially as an ice cream shop, you should make your food until 10. Not 9:45, not 9:50. Unprofessional.
Only one word describes this place . Horrible ! I sure wish Clay Luther still managed this place !
Chicken Strip Basket with S'mores Blizzard was pretty good. Some in our group were waiting for their burgers for a while because they didn't bring those to the table. I got my food quickly though.
Half the time the blizzards are melting. The teenagers are rather rude but a few are nice.
