Last couple times in, service has been iffy. First time it took 10 minutes to make a smoothie. They gave me coupons for a free Blizzard to make up for it. The last time I was in, I had to argue with the cashier that the Blizzard was, in fact, free. Store usually has at least a couple dirty tables, and rarely anyone out cleaning. Updated 2/25: not much has changed. I stood at the counter for several minutes and no one even looked towards me.
They can be rude sometimes
I went through the drive through at 9:00 pm. I placed my order of two ice cream items. I paid and was told to wait in the reserved waiting area. 15 minutes later, I still have not received my order. At 9:16pm, I saw one employees ran out of the back door followed by another employee chasing after him in the drive through lane. They were young teenagers.
