Sat in the drive thru for about 5 minutes today waiting on someone to answer. There were multiple cars behind me. Not until I saw someone try to open the doors did I realize they were “closed,” in the middle of the day.

Well this DQ in Monroe sucks. I gave it three stars but it really deserve two. You say you appreciate our feedback but I'm not so sure you do. I see a lot of really bad feedback and it doesn't look like it's improved much. Responding to people's feedback makes it look like you really care. But actions speak louder than words and without improvement it's just going to continue going downhill. Wake up and do the right thing.
I got a blizzard a large one $8.23. That’s outrageous will not be back.
