I took time to write this review because it’s not something I do lightly. This Dairy Queen is, frankly, sad—there’s no other way to put it. It’s run by people who clearly don’t want to be there. The employees would rather answer text messages than smile or say hello. I’d even forgo the smile for a simple greeting, but the cashier merely stared at us, offering a weak grunt of acknowledgment when I said hello. They suck. Customer service is horrible.
Takes 15 minutes just to get someone at the register. Another 15 for the order. Been 3 times. It's the same every time. Too damn slow.
Food was as delicious as I remembered from our vacation days with the kids!
