First time at this location was a bad experience. Wasn’t going to return but my niece wanted to go there and I was pleasantly surprised. We got the wrong part of the gift card and staff was nice about it and saved our order for when we came back
The pretzels would be so good of they could be bitten through. The microwave needs cut back a bit on them. 3rd attempt to try them, and all 3 sets have had to go to the garbage. Hard as bricks, even while hot. They were so good last season.
Ordered a dirt pie blizzard, they were out of base. They did not say it wouldn’t be chocolatey only that they could make it with the mix ins. When I tried it the vanilla with gummy worms was a bad combo, so I went back and asked if it could be made with chocolate and the girl working said they didn’t even have chocolate ice cream. I asked if I could switch it for something and she said I could buy a new one. Will not be returning as this was my first experience at this location
