The portion sizes at this DQ are always one size smaller than you pay for. This is what passes for a "Royal Treat" Apparently a large cone comes with only 2 bumps of ice-cream, despite the image showing 3 and saying "This is the actual serving size" They need to have their franchise license revoked.
The staff here are always so great, even when it's super busy. They even take the time to help with the app. The restaurant is clean and the orders are made quickly.
Staff put soap on my pretzels. DoorDash took care of the order but beware
Changing to a 5 star. The previous event must have been a one off. I was surprised looking back at my ratings that this was so low as they’re always so great here.
