I ordered an ice cream cake for my son’s birthday party a week in advance. Came to pick up the day before his party and everyone working inside had no idea what I was talking about. I showed all my email confirmation information and the answer I was given was “well it was not made because we didn’t see the order”. They could not rush a new one or anything.
