I ordered a couple of Blizzards, mine was completely wrong. I took it back in and told the cashier. She proceeded to go back through transactions to verify what I ordered. She then said she would remake my order. My point of contention is her statement to me after she fixed the error. She said "I don't want to say you were lying but..." and then when at considerable length to say sometimes the blender messes up the order.
