Ordered a cheesecake Royal mini with chocolate sauce waited really long time in drive-Through No chocolate sauce, I could find in the ice cream, took it back in and was told it was blended in when I specifically asked for it to be drizzle. We could all hear the employees talking. They were very overwhelmed and angry about the amount of customers. And the ice cream trip that was all around unpleasant

I just want to give this DQ a big shout out! You guys did a great job on my son’s ice cream cake! I spent days calling 3 local DQ’s and never got a return call. But when I called the Bethalto DQ they were very nice on the phone and made his cake exactly how I asked! Kudos to you! Thank you so much!! I live in Brighton but next time I want DQ I’ll gladly drive to Bethalto!

Soda is not mixed right I basically got two cups for 6 bucks then no one would answer the phone like did place is terrible

I ran and grabbed my wife a chicken strip salad, and picked her up a root beer float to go with it. Of course, I had to pick up my son a blizzard, and the new dipped strawberry cheesecake hit a home run! Still the go-to place for a quick desert or a meal. It's one of the best places in town to get a burger.
