The manager or supervisor allowed a new employee to try to run the front of house front counter on a busy night Thursday or Friday. We'll the supervisor or manager ran other things and the drive thru. The management should have helped the new employee like side by side training. She could not find the Royal New York Cheesecake blizzard in her system so I ordered a peanut butter cup and she gave me 2 blizzards. Absolute chaos at Dairy Queen. As I walk in the store Drive-through employee was yelling and beating on the machine. After ordering my ice cream sat melting while I watched I asked for it no one would hand it to me. The ice machine was empty, so an employee poured ice from a bucket into our cups. An employee even asked my if her burger was in the microwave. My wife had to go behind the counter to get our food. Felt like a bad SNL skit. Avoid.
We ordered 2 blizzards and one milkshake, milkshake was ok the 2 blizzards the person at the window never turned them upside down to show how thick they were when we got home which is only 5 minutes away they were more like chocolate milk with some brownie pcs in them how can you possibly mess up making ice cream bad management zero training good way to lose customers I think next time I'll drive out of my way to a different location to get what I paid for not cup of milk
Me and my daughter went there today for blizzards, the lady at the window did the flip test which resulted in my ice cream overflowing out of the cup. She didn’t do the test on my daughter’s bc she knew that they weren’t made correctly. So I drove around to go inside to have them remade, the lady at the window made eye contact with us and ran to the back.
