Ordered online 3 meal deal boxes, two with flamethrower chicken strips and a mix and match chicken strips. I got there and was told I can't have flamethrower chicken strips because I didn't order them in 4 or 8 piece. I told them I ordered online and that's what I had paid for. Finally, they said they would give me what I paid for and it then took an almost additional 20 mins because they hadn't even started our order. My sundae was supposed to be hot fudge and was caramel. Totally disappointed.

I arrived at 9:30 PM on June 3, 2026. Nobody was at the counter to take my order. Finally someone came. I gave my order and asked when they close. He said they were closing now. I asked if I could eat in the dining room. I’m from out of town. He said no. I asked for a manager. Some lady yelled out like she was really frustrated that I would ask for the manager. I don't know why people don't give dairy Queen more credit as a hamburger joint their hamburgers are tastier than McDonald's, Burger King, or Wendy's. Their customer service is always good they could probably update the atmosphere of the restaurant or start to. Also, they've been serving great drinks for years everyone else is just now starting to try to catch up this is always been my go-to place for milkshakes specialty drinks and smoothies. Now don't get me started on the wonderful ice cream.
