Staff we’re busy because of free Cone day but handled it well! I’m sure they’re not paid enough.
Very chill and mellow but can be loud at times. Great for alone or with a group.
Patrick was the only name I caught but the 430pm crew today was amazing. From the gentle in the moment coaching from the front manager, to the support between crew, to the internet order issue that they had sprung on them mid rush handled with such grace. My order hadn't come through at all and it was fixed and order in my hand within 10 minutes.
Went in because I saw the add for the new milkshake flavor of the month, stood at the counter for over 5 minutes while 3 people ran around behind the counter. Two of them looked at me several times but then quickly looked away. Just straight up ignored me. 2 more people came in behind me. Nobody behind the counter showed any signs of greeting us or taking our order.
