Workers were burning incense, as an asthmatic person I got a coughing fit as soon as I walked in. The workers did put it out, but they were trying not to laugh at me while doing so. There shouldn't be any incense burning at a Dairy Queen in the first place. Ice cream was alright but it doesn't matter since I got hurt.
I was standing at the counter and saw a cockroach crawling on the ice cream machine. I notified the worker standing there and she literally just stood there and did nothing. I asked her did that roach go into the machine and her answer was no, it went away. Like hell it went away! Nasty store and terrible service. My order was entirely incorrect, but the most alarming part was that I had bitten into raw bacon on my burger, which tasted like completely raw meat. I had to cook the bacon myself to show the difference in the way it was cooked, and the management showed a complete lack of concern for public health. Consuming raw pork can lead to illness, and their negligence could have serious consequences. The first picture was of it raw, and the second was after I cooked it to show the difference. It's ridiculous.
So rude stood there for 5 minute's before any one said anything when someone came over to the register a young man in came after us she waited on him first won't be back you need to do some custom service training
