This is by far the worst Dairy Queen staff I have ever experienced. My orders are always wrong. Went today and messed up 2 of the four orders. I wouldn’t even mind, but they are so rude when you ask for them to correct it. Bathrooms were dirty again.
We have tried time & time again to give this place a chance and they continue to disappoint. It seems like every single time we order blizzards they make them wrong. Little to no toppings and the blizzards are 3/4 full of just ice cream without toppings or extra toppings that we even pay extra for when the prices are already ridiculous tbh. We don’t have another DQ in close proximity to us and this place just can’t get it right even after multiple complaints. Their reviews here on Google reflect it as well. Sad.
Quality food at a fair price and fast service. Family loves coming thru here!
The food is always good. The restaurant is always clean. And the staff is very nice! My only reason for 4 stars is the slow service. I think they are understaffed.
