I have been coming to this location for years. Today I received the worst service ever from the girl at the register. I was ignored at their pickup window for over 10mins while an entire line of people were served at the main window. So I left the pickup window and got in the normal line so I could let them know I was there for my order. The only bad thing ive experienced at this location was speed. Theyre not setup to be as busy as they are. But the food is consistent and good, the desserts have always been what theyre supposed to be and the staff has always been on the ball.
I give DQ another chance every few years to win me over and it never quite does. Burger was flat and gross and the fries were severely undercooked. Plus impossible to read the menu as it's inside and you order outside through glass. Kind of a dump of an exterior...univiting. Service however was pretty good,
