Im not sure what has been going on here lately but for the last couple of weeks something has been wrong with my food. One week I had hair in my food then I came back the following week was told to pull up and they will bring my food out I waited 10 or more mins say others behind me get there food so then I walked in and the whole time my food has been sitting there and no one brought it out to me. For an ice cream place, either the soft serve or the shake mixer is broken, get better equipment
I've gone here twice. The first time was an alright experience. The second was not very good. I ordered a six piece tender and got four. The ranch was chunky and hot. Sadly I didn't realize these issues until I was pretty far away and it wasn't worth the time and effort to get it resolved at that point. I don't think I'll be going back to this location. The staff do seem very friendly though.
